Welcome To BITTSAR Welfare Trust

Bittsar Welfare Trust is a Public Trust registered under the Mumbai Public Trusts Act, 1950, at the Public Trust Registration Office, Thane, Maharashtra, with Registration Number E-0013972(THN).

A group of BIT alumni, spread across the globe, has conceptualized and established the "Welfare Trust" to realize the objectives and aspirations of BIT Teachers, Students, and Alumni. The Trust aims to work together with and for their alma mater, BIT Mesra.

The Trademark name of the Trust organization BITTSAR, is coined by combining two words; the French word BITT (बित्त) & Sansar (संसार) the Hindi word Sansar (संसार), and is phonetically split as "बित्तसार" or BITTSAR. BITTSAR Welfare Ttrust is also committed to social welfare and public benefits and to offer assistance to various underprivileged social groups, due to poverty, poor education, social & economic circumstances. BITTSAR Welfare Trust also works in collaboration with health service providers, like doctors and hospitals, to get proper medical & health support for poor & general public.
